Apart from juggling between her career and family, she understands that there is no such thing as a balance between work life. "You need to understand your current priorities and enlist help from others when required”, she says. In her case, help comes from the support of her family and in-laws. One way of making it work is by placing clear expectations on her working hours with her employees & colleagues, so she’s able to unplug and carry out necessary errands without worrying about falling behind. Nevertheless, whenever she is needed, she never fails to step up and show up.
Vivian Lee is known for her outgoing, active, and curious personality. Through creating flexibility in her schedule, she reminds herself that there is no such thing as a perfect balance. As busy as her schedule gets, she never fails to find time for self-growth, exploring her interest in many hobbies and making room to learn new skills from cooking, to dancing, to hairstyling, and photography.
