  • Setup and optimize our articles & videos to increase the visibility of Aavii's social content.

  • Moderate & respond to all audience generated questions or queries.

Requirements:

  • Min 1 year working experience in the social media marketing environment.

Motion Graphics Designer

(Contract)

Responsibilities:

  • The position reports to The Sage & Chief Marketing Officer of Aavii Worldwide.

  • This is a Work from Home position but you are required to report to HQ in VSQ, Jalan Utara, PJ every Monday at 9am.

  • Ability to work & manage clients and/or suppliers directly on projects independently.

  • Work with a diverse team of seniors & juniors from conference, events & incentive travel background on multiple projects at one time.

  • Ability to work with illustrators & graphic designers to understand project scope & objective.

  • You are required to oversee certain projects through with in-house & freelancing team.

Skill Sets:

  • Good (not excellent, but good) command of English, both written & spoken.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions.

  • Experienced in creating complex graphics, animation & live video content for conferences, events, galas, award shows, product launches, pitches & projection mapping.

  • Assist in the creation of animation storyboards.

  • Encoding, converting & editing videos & adding effects to enhance motion graphics.

  • Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic & animation style for projects.

  • Ability to translate creative concepts into strong visual storytelling.

  • Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite with specific expertise in After Effects & Premiere.

  • Strong layout, illustration, graphic design, & typography skills.

  • Online portfolio for review required in the application.

He/She is an intense listener with a servant’s heart to deliver optimal customer experience yet in harmony with our internal execution team. The DreamCrafter has unmatched skills in following up and following through quotations and projects. Solving clients’ problems & issues is an innate character of The DreamCrafter.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand corporate clients’ deliverables & event objectives

  • Seek, ideate, & craft conferences & events solutions based on clients’ request

  • Answer queries regarding Aavii’s products & services

  • Form and generate quotations using Microsoft Excel

  • Create & develop power point presentation to manage clients’ expectation

  • Source for event solutions & ideas that are related to conferences & events

  • Coordinate with internal team to ensure timely execution fulfilment on our services

  • Collect feedback and resolve client’s complaints

Skill Sets:

  • Excellent spoken & written skills in English

  • Min 5-year experience in planning & executing conferences & meetings is a must.

  • High capability in following up and following through with clients and internal team.

  • Customer focus with good interpersonal skills & likability.

  • Used to work under pressure – last minute enquiries & instant responses.

  • 5-year experience in planning & executing events, galas, awards, & launches are good to have

Conference and Event Project Lead (Contract)

Position Synopsis

Conference & Event Project Lead, lovingly known as The MasterMind plans, monitors, & execute both virtual & physical events from the initial conception of the event to its successful completion. This role requires excellent event-planning & administration skills along with the ability to define project milestones & deadlines yet at the same time coordinate both internal & external teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure an impactful event that meets our clients’ organizational goals and expectations. The MasterMind needs to balance creativity with logistics, financial planning, and vendor management duties. He/She should excel at multitasking and balancing big-picture concerns like venue and vendor selection with details like décor, meal planning, speakers management, hotel reservations, transportation, and ballroom arrangement.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with our internal team & clients to find out their exact event requirements & deliverables

  • Product detail proposal for conferences & events including timeline, event order, staffing & vendors brief

  • Research, negotiate, manage & coordinate venues, hotels, vendors, suppliers, entertainment, launch gambits, emcees etc.

  • Manage pre-event planning, speakers & delegate packs

  • Handle clients’ queries and troubleshoot day to day planning leading to the actual day of the event.

  • Manage & communicate with a team of on-site event crew giving full & detail briefs

  • Research and initiate event opportunities as follow up

Skill Sets:

  • Min 6 years experience in managing & executing both physical & virtual conferences & events

  • Excellent command of spoken & written English

  • Familiar & quick to learn conference platforms such as GoToWebinar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams & Webex

  • Flexible, pro-active and good in problem solving

  • Must possess understanding of hotel reservation, ballroom layout, logistics management (flight & ground)

LIMITLESS OPPORTUNITIES

I was first hired as Client Servicing Senior Executive with Apxara Travel & Events, and I've since moved to the Marketing & Creative division and finally settled-in at Aavii's subsidiary, Accucap Sdn. Bhd. specializing in events technology. I will not hide the fact that there were multiple changes along the way, or rather 'positive development' with the group since I joined, but looking back, Aavii has progress from who we were before - an event service provider to a turnkey event solution partner for Fortune 500 companies. Today we have the full team who can do story-boarding to content development, audio visual equipment rental to full-time employees managing conference registration, 3D designers to copy-writers and even our own social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, and our ever lively website. I'm proud to be part of the group and to be able to see how the company has grown leaps and bounds in the last 6 years is sheer joy. It reminds me of those days when I used to surf and how I rode those high waves. The best part of my experience here is - Aavii allows to me grow within the company and today, I'm the Head of my division.
