Since 18 March 2020 (Malaysia’s Full Lockdown), Aaviians have pivoted into managing virtual events – Remote Webinars from our homes, hybrid and fully virtual events on our platform AVA (Aavii Virtual Artistry). Our team are young, courageous, and definitely achievers. We don’t wait for things to happen, we make things happen and we are good at it. (Full time permanent position)

Qualifications & Skill: 

  • Minimum 5 years in Conferences & Events Sales

  • Previous virtual event experiences will grant you an immediate interview especially on platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, GoToWebinar, Big Marker, ON24 etc. (though not a must, but you are required to be digitally savvy and a super fast learner)

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Good command of knowledge in Microsoft Power Point & Excel

(Full time permanent position)

Qualifications & Skill: 

  • Minimum 5 years in conference & events operations

  • Past experiences in executing virtual events will almost immediately be interviewed

  • Detail oriented and love the administrative and execution part of a project

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written

  • Good in multi-tasking and ability to juggle amongst clients, deadlines, event suppliers & internal company communication,  

  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Word, Power Point, & Excel. 

  • Able to work on weekends (NOT applicable for public holidays) 

(3 Months Contract / Full Time Permanent Position)

Qualifications & Skill: 

  • Minimum 5 - 8 years experience in video content editing, digital ad, animations or video based promotional content. 

  • When required, assist and coordinate for production shoots

  • A relentless desire to make motion graphics to create engaging lyric videos, social and marketing content. 

  • This position reports to a creative head for art direction. 

  • Experience in storyboarding and art direction is not a must, but a great asset.

(3 Months Contract / Full Time Permanent Position)

Qualification & Skill:

  • 6-8 years hands-on experience in curating & production of wide variety of materials, content for campaigns & pitches for corporate clients.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to drive creative ideas from concept to execution with a focus in event production & content development

  • Exposure & experience across mediums from digital to physical and product to virtual

(3 Months Contract / Full Time Permanent Position)

Qualification & Skill:

  • Requires knowledge of OBS software for broadcasting/streaming

  • Must have experience in the industry either in events/broadcasting

  • As part of the new norm, familiar with webinar platforms such as Zoom, Webex or GTW

  • Familiar with AV equipment such as cameras, switchers, etc.

  • Able to work after hours and also on weekends

(Full Time Permanent Position)

Qualification & Skills: 

  • WFH position

  • Min 5 years sound track record in managing full set account

  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Auto Count

  • Managing and overseeing daily operations of the accounts department.

  • Monitoring and analyzing accounting data & produce financial reports/statements.

  • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.

I was first hired as Client Servicing Senior Executive with Apxara Travel & Events, and I've since moved to the Marketing & Creative division and finally settled-in at Aavii's subsidiary, Accucap Sdn. Bhd. specializing in events technology. I will not hide the fact that there were multiple changes along the way, or rather 'positive development' with the group since I joined, but looking back, Aavii has progress from who we were before - an event service provider to a turnkey event solution partner for Fortune 500 companies. Today we have the full team who can do story-boarding to content development, audio visual equipment rental to full-time employees managing conference registration, 3D designers to copy-writers and even our own social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, and our ever lively website. I'm proud to be part of the group and to be able to see how the company has grown leaps and bounds in the last 6 years is sheer joy. It reminds me of those days when I used to surf and how I rode those high waves. The best part of my experience here is - Aavii allows to me grow within the company and today, I'm the Head of my division.

Never have I witness a soul who was 200% dedicated to her work. Never have I met someone who was ever so passionate about the incentive travel industry. Never have I had anyone briefed me on the plane prior to arriving our destinations for projects. Never have I been dumbfounded with her level of precision and dedication to her life and her work.

Never have I quite met anyone like the late Amanda Peng - an incentive travel legend in her own right.
